Hi, I'm Roan. I implemented my first web-2-lead form in 2003, and was astounded that marketing metrics could be measured! I got my first developer org on June 10, 2005. I really love working in the platform. A bit about me below.

After many years as a consultant supporting and extending customer’s salesforce orgs, I co-founded Full Circle Insights in 2010. I was part of the team that designed the company’s first four fully native products and am a co-contributor for two Patents. I served as the VP of Customers Success, VP of Products and CTO/Advisor. Over the years, I've been a speaker at Salesforce and community events including twice at Dreamforce, Global Gatherings, Forcelandia, Euro Dreamin’, and local user groups. She currently hold six salesforce certifications.

Supporting Nonprofits & The commons

In 2021 I pivoted my work to support nonprofit organizations. Working with Bigger Boat Consulting I was able contribute by helping those that help others. I can't stress enough how much I value supporting Nonprofits, and through that work, meeting and working with such dedicated people. I have volunteered and supported quite a few nonprofits over the years, as well as being involved with the Salesforce Open Source Commons - working on the Sticky Selectron project.
