With over 18 years in the industry, Roan Bear’s experience ranges from business strategy to technology implementation.

As a former marketing executive, Roan understands how to leverage technology to facilitate marketing requirements from advertising to lead generation to analytics to automation and reporting. As a Salesforce.com certified consultant and experienced CRM consultant, she knows how to build solutions that will work with and fit into existing business processes. She understands the importance of training to make sure that those systems will be properly adopted. As a web developer, she knows how to assemble technologies in a cost-effective manner to support marketing and sales strategy.

Roan has experience with a wide range of companies―from large to mid-sized to startups―in many industries, including technology, medicine, military, e-commerce, non-profit, and services, giving her the widest possible perspective to bring to your company.

Dan Appleman

Dan Appleman brings experience in a broad range of technologies to Roan Bear Consulting. As an entrepreneur who has founded two successful startup companies, he understands the needs of small and medium-size businesses. As a speaker and author, he understands the importance of training and clear documentation. As a Microsoft MVP and software developer, he has direct expertise in numerous current technologies including Microsoft .NET, ASP .LAMP, CMS implementation and customization, and Force.com and other Cloud initiatives.
